All accommodation listings, descriptions, images, pricing information, and other content on Varsity Nest are created and submitted by third-party accommodation providers. Varsity Nest does not create, control, or edit this content, except as necessary to maintain platform functionality.

Accommodation providers are solely responsible for:

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Varsity Nest has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

Listings are displayed based on provider submissions and platform functionality, not based on Varsity Nest's assessment, verification, or recommendation of providers. The inclusion of a listing on our platform should not be interpreted as an indication of quality, reliability, or legitimacy.

8. No Liability for Provider Conduct

Varsity Nest is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, the conduct, practices, representations, or actions of accommodation providers. This includes, but is not limited to:
